At Prestige Mindsets Counseling, I provide tailored psychotherapy to young clients and women, focusing on individual strengths and unique needs. My approach combines compassion and evidence-based practices, ensuring each session is a meaningful step forward.
Holding a Master of Social Work from Walden University, my expertise includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing. I am here to listen, support, and collaboratively work towards brighter futures for BIPOC communities.
