Over the course of my current practice, a recurring theme that has brought top-notch results was and is the use of Manual / Hands on release techniques which offer pain relief and restore normal biomechanics of the body.
I love working with people of all ages, various levels of athleticism, and functional goals. Every part of the body is interesting to work with, heal and help restore to full capacity.
Recently I have been enamored with the Spine and Shoulder however I believe that having an ample understanding/expertise of the whole body is important for every healthcare professional.
