What should a new client know about working with you?

I was inspired to become a therapist because I have always had a unique ability to connect and empathize with others, as well as an intrinsic passion for helping others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a judgment-free, safe space, where my clients can feel comfortable to be their true selves and to talk with me about anything. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the individual, as I believe that each person is unique. I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed, approach to help individuals lead the life they want to live.
