I have over 30 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I provide effective trauma therapy through a variety of techniques and modalities. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. My treatment focus is to assist you in realizing your own power to heal. I believe that our past often shows up in our present, and I can provide you with the tools to make peace with your past and move forward living the life you want. I am a certified EMDR therapist. I am a certified facilitator for Brené Brown's Daring Way curriculum, helping others identify shame and build resilience. Individual therapy involves hard work and a willingness to be vulnerable, and I am here to support you through that process.
