Welcome! Mental health is my passion. Working alongside diverse clients brings me fulfillment. My experience ranges from non-profit settings, private practice, and domestic violence shelters. In therapy I like to engage folks in mindfulness, expressive techniques, and body-oriented/somatic techniques. I am EMDR trained and enjoy utilizing this tool to help clients move forward with healing. My approach is tailored to each individual, generally drawing from a basis of holistic, trauma informed, evidence-based therapies. I am empathetic and direct, while helping clients find healing and new ways of coping.
My specialization is working with trauma survivors. I am passionate about walking alongside folks who have experienced sexual trauma and domestic/intimate partner violence. My goal is to empower you!
