Welcome! My name is Michelle Wright and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I also hold a doctorate degree in the field of educational leadership. In my counseling practice, I strive to help clients reach their potential across all aspects of their lives. I primarily work with clients who are seeking a collaborative relationship that supports their personal growth. I specialize in working with clients who have lived experience with adoption, parenting, significant life transitions, trauma, and difficulties regulating their mood. I most often utilize CBT, DBT, and structural family therapy to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.
