Mika is literally the only therapist out of many in my life who has actually understood me enough to help me properly. She’s also the first that I felt I could tell my entire life story to so that she can understand where my symptoms started and the reason behind them. She’s better equipped this way to help me through my issues. I trust her input more than anyone and she’s typically always right. I have issues with following through at home but that’s been a longstanding issue with me and treatment. I guess I don't feel I’m worth the work. Mika does her absolute best to convince me I am worth it though, I’m just not there yet. She’s the best and most nonjudgmental and honest therapist I’ve had in my entire life and I would literally be lost without her. Thank you to whoever at Outreach paired us together!
