Nice to meet you! My name is Angelica Colibri. I am an LCSW and have been practicing for over 18 years. I have worked with adults from all walks of life and have a diverse background including trauma/complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, addiction, and chronic pain.

My approach to therapy is holistic and eclectic, tailored to meet your needs. I believe you are the expert in your life and have the tools necessary to heal. I use mindfulness, emphasize self-care and strive to give you a safe, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to talk about what is important to you. I feel it's vital to go at your pace and comfort level, when you are ready.
What you can expect from me:
My clients typically tell me they feel better after the first session. We start with building rapport and getting to know what brings you in for services. Together, we develop a plan for your needs and goals. I make suggestions for strategies and skills you can try in between sessions. I want you to feel comfortable sharing anything you are ready to talk about in a safe, judgement free zone.
