Welcome! Thank you for considering working together with me to reach your goals.
I work with issues related to depression, anxiety, goals, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, boundaries, stress, anger, conflict, and philosophical/spiritual concerns. I see clients of all orientations and cultural/ethnic backgrounds. I am respectful of all religious traditions as well as secular and philosophical perspectives. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children/teens.
I have over 20 years of experience working with many different kinds of clients with a variety of life experiences, challenges and goals.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Akron.
I also hold a PhD as a Social Science Researcher, studying Human Behavior and Motivation on the group, societal and global level.
I am a trained and certified Intuitive and Level One Reiki Healer.
I am a trained and certified Advanced Level Mediator.
My approach to therapy is:
