Monica also provides care for individuals struggling with substance use, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, postpartum mental health concerns, OCD, and sleep disturbances, among other challenges. She is especially passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma and post-traumatic stress. Whether it’s trauma from childhood, intimate relationships, systemic injustice, or crisis response, Monica creates a safe, empowering therapeutic space for healing. Her extensive background in emergency crisis management and trauma care informs her ability to work effectively with first responders, military veterans, foster youth, and survivors of abuse. She also supports populations navigating adoption/foster care, autism spectrum disorders, and developmental disabilities. Monica’s work is grounded in her belief that healing and growth are possible at every stage of life. She enjoys attending fundraisers that support child development and is deeply involved in efforts to improve the well-being of children and families in her community.
