Monique was awesome for my intake process. Listened to my needs very closely, was kind and very understanding. She was honest, forward and patient. If she is a representation of the therapists in the office - I know I’m in great hands.
The office was efficient in communication and setting up. I didn’t like how they requested to see proof (bill) of a NJ address, although I provided my NJ active insurance and my ID. Front desk stated they couldn’t see me if I didn’t live in NJ currently, although again, my insurance was strictly NJ insurance so obviously I am a NJ resident. I never had a doctor ask for proof of address.
