Working with Mykel Wolfe has been one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first session, she made me feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. She listens with a depth and presence that makes it easy to be vulnerable, and she remembers details in a way that makes therapy feel continuous and deeply personal.
Mykel has helped me understand myself on a level I didn’t know I was capable of. She gently challenges me when I fall into old patterns, but always with compassion and care. The insights she offers—about my relationships, my triggers, my emotional patterns—have helped me grow in ways that show up every day in how I think, communicate, and make decisions.
Her warmth, empathy, and steadiness create a space where real healing happens. I leave every session feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Working with her has genuinely changed my life, and I am deeply grateful. I cannot recommend her enough.

Mykel is a great listener and offers practical advice. She does not judge and is very easy to talk to and is more like a back and forth conversation with her.
Also she will accommodate sessions after regular business hours and on weekends to meet the client's schedule.

Mykle has been wonderful at her job. She’s a great listener and communicates with me effectively about the challenges I share with her. The advice and insight she offers have been very helpful, and I truly appreciate it. The only thing I’d like to work on together is going a bit deeper into my emotions and finding ways to readjust more quickly when things get tough. Overall, she’s been amazing, caring, supportive, and someone I genuinely feel happy and comfortable talking to.

This was the third attempt for a session with Mykel. She did not show up nor was there any communication from her that she would not be able to attend. The appointments were accepted and confirmed. We found a number and called her and she was very rude.
