I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and since 2006; I have been working with individuals; couples; adolescents; and families to develop healthy coping skills to manage anxiety and depressive symptoms; work through unexpected life changes; and address underlying beliefs and fears that kept them stuck in unhealthy cycles. I am a wife and mother; multicultural person-of-color; and I understand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel to find a new normal when life throws a curveball at you.
