I am Mallory, a licensed social worker and therapist with a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and a Doctor of Social Work (D.S.W.). My path into this work was shaped by a genuine belief that every person deserves compassionate, individualized care and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful vehicles for change. I've worked across clinical, educational, and community-based settings, which has deepened my understanding of the social, structural, and personal forces that shape mental health. My practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, I tailor my work to what each client actually needs, drawing on both advanced clinical training and years of close listening.
