As an ACMHC based in Draper, Utah, I specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety and OCD, along with depression, trauma, and attachment injuries. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate emotional turmoil, and it's my passion to empower you to recognize that while we can't control every circumstance, we can take charge of how we respond. Together, we will develop effective strategies to help you regain a sense of control amidst discomfort and hardship.
My approach focuses on healing and enhancing your ability to make choices, allowing you to navigate struggles with greater resilience and clarity. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University, along with a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Utah and an MBA from Utah Valley University. This diverse educational background, combined with my commitment to your growth, equips me to support you on your journey toward feeling better and living more fully. You don't have to spend years in therapy to see progress; I'm here to help you heal effectively with the skills and experience I bring to our sessions.
