As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Nichole is uniquely positioned to help clients at various stages of recovery find clarity, stability, and hope. In addition to substance use treatment, Nichole is passionate about supporting individuals managing grief, trauma, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. She brings warmth, presence, and deep empathy into the therapy space—guiding clients toward self-understanding and resilience. Nichole has experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and tailors her interventions to meet the diverse needs of each client, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect. Outside of her clinical work, Nichole enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and relaxing with her family, friends, and cats.
