Seeking therapy is the courageous first step towards understanding and alleviating your suffering. I openly welcome all those who are taking this initiative towards betterment and putting themselves first. My therapeutic approach is person-centered in nature and grounded in empathy and compassion. In therapy sessions, I utilize cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness techniques to promote an understanding of the connection between our thoughts and emotions as well as our minds and our bodies.
