I offer holistic and strengths based care to help my clients manage anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, and process past traumas.
My clients are motivated and curious to explore their understanding of self and their views of the world around them. I work primarily with adults in their 20s/30s going through difficult life and work transitions; who experience anxiety, depression, and low self esteem. Many of my clients are members of the LGBTQ+ community and are comfortable exploring their gender and sexual identities in our work. My clients also have trauma backgrounds and we build insight and coping strategies together.
