Getting to know Nicole Ivancovich

Therapy is one of the bravest things we can do for ourselves. We all have experiences and feelings at times that we need help understanding or getting through. Without addressing them they can contribute to depression, anxiety, issues in relationships, physical symptoms, isolation, and in many other ways. Therapy is a place to explore what is happening for you, including the current and past factors that may be contributing. I have received professional training in multiple modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and others. My goal is to be able to choose together what works best for you as an individual.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am here to help facilitate whatever your path to healing and freedom looks like. I love the resilience and vulnerability in people, and am honored to get to experience it. There is so much that disconnects us, therapy can be a place to make connections, both within ourselves and also subsequently with those around us. By truly understanding where we are and how we got here, we will have a greater capacity to make decisions on what is next. Your unique voice and experience matter and are vital to begin healing. I would love to partner with you in your journey.
