Without addressing them they can contribute to depression, anxiety, issues in relationships, physical symptoms, isolation, and in many other ways. Therapy is a place to explore what is happening for you, including the current and past factors that may be contributing.
I have received professional training in multiple modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and others. My goal is to be able to choose together what works best for you as an individual.
