Getting to know Nicole Jablon

I'm a psychodynamic therapist who navigates my clinical work from a curious, mindful, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist stance. I am unapologetically neuro-affirming and provide a validating space for all LGBTQIA+ folks. My therapy style is collaborative and engaging. It’s a back-and-forth conversation about what is and isn't serving you. I specialize in neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD, etc), perinatal mental health, complex trauma, parenting, and attachment. I enjoy working with people brand new to therapy, anyone healing from trauma or attachment wounds, and everything else in between.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I love working with neurospicy folks at any stage of discovery - whether you've known since childhood or you're just figuring it out now after years of masking. My other passion is working with parents and new moms as they navigate the transition into parenthood, which can be especially complex if your needs weren’t met in childhood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I ask for truthful feedback every session because I want to make this process a worthwhile and meaningful experience for you. I believe that finding happiness isn't the absence of conflict and stress, it's developing the ability to cope through better knowing yourself. And I also happen to think humor and having a good laugh is incredibly healing too!
