I was hesitant about starting counseling, but Nicole turned it into a beneficial experience. She helped me concentrate on my personal goals and ensured I remained accountable for my progress outside of our sessions. This process allowed me to grow and reach my higher self.

I was super hesitant to start counseling, but Nicole made it feel really safe and relaxed, even adding some humor to our sessions. It was like talking to a friend who kept me accountable but was also really supportive and non-judgmental. She helped me find direction and get my life back on track, bringing back my joy and boosting my self-esteem after a tough period of feeling depressed.

She’s been so nice working with my crazy school and work schedule, fitting me in early mornings, evenings, and even weekends. Having that kind of flexibility has made all the difference.
