What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m passionate about helping people show up as their most authentic selves. My approach is grounded in building a strong therapeutic partnership where we can identify what’s getting in the way of your goals and work through it together. Whether you're exploring identity, improving relationships, or navigating recovery, I strive to offer a safe and supportive space. Much of my experience has been in residential substance abuse treatment, including work in correctional settings and the broader community.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’m trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Addiction Severity Index (ASI), and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Criteria. I tailor each session to your goals—whether that means building coping strategies, working through trauma, or exploring personal growth. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in helping you make meaningful, lasting change.
