Physical therapy has been my passion as early as high school where I took a course on the anatomy of the muscles and bones. I loved learning about the structure and function of the human body. In college I studied biology/life science with the intent of applying to the graduate program in Physical Therapy. I found out I had been accepted to the combined program, 3 years undergraduate and 3 years graduate, allowing me to graduate and begin my career 1 year early. When i had successfully completed the program and passed the license exam, I decided to further my education in the field of Orthopedics. I underwent a residency at NYU to specialize in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
