Niki has been absolutely amazing & an essential component to my recovery. She is a such a warm, empathetic person who really listens to her clients, she knows how to encourage and empower you in a way that makes you feel you can achieve your fullest potential. I don't think I would be as far as I am without her!

Niki Stefanov is a licensed physical therapist and Pilates instructor. Niki attended California State University Long Beach where she received her BA in Dance Science, and then University of Illinois at Chicago where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She received her Pilates certification from Body Arts and Science International with a specialization in Pilates for dancers, and has over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates. Niki has worked in a number of physical therapy settings including outpatient orthopedic, inpatient and outpatient neurological, and home health. She has worked with a variety of patients including pre and postoperative care, musculoskeletal pain, stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s, vestibular, MS, and geriatric care. Niki loves helping people improve their quality of life and get back to performing the activities that they love.

Nikita was very efficient in the use of our time. Her injury expertise was very high. She was effective in working through a long list of exercises. It was always a pleasant and encouraging experience

Niki was thourough, knowledgable and alway made me feel very comfortable. Years of shoulder and neck pain were aliviated and my mobility as a swimmer improved significantly.

Niki has been so wonderful to work with. She is thorough and helps me understand why we are doing what we are doing. It’s been an amazing experience and I especially enjoy the private pilates room to work on my back and pelvic floor. After a couple visits, I am feeling so much better. The space is great- it’s one of the nicest physical therapy facilities I have ever been to. It’s very clean, and I always look forward to my next session with Niki. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a nice physical therapy experience at TFI with Niki. With her knowledge she helped me find the underlying issue of my back pain that I had been struggling with. The facility is state of the art and I am excited to continue working with Niki.

I was able to get an appointment for my shoulder pain with Niki very quickly! She did a thorough Evaluation and did manual therapies in my first appointment. I am very happy with the attention that Niki gave me and that I already have some relief from the pain! I have already scheduled 2 x weekly appointments to help me with my pain and to get my mobility back. The clinic is very nice with plenty of room for exercises. I would highly recommend TFI Physical Therapy.
