I treat clients experiencing a broad range of behavioral health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. First and foremost, I believe that you are the most expert person about you. My role is to work with you to create a plan that addresses your goals and helps to reduce distressing symptoms. Primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, but I also draw from other theoretical frameworks as individually appropriate. I also believe that there can be therapeutic value in humor during the hard work of therapy. If it seems I may be a good fit for you, I welcome the opportunity for an appointment.
