It's not an easy task to allow yourself to be vulnerable, to take your place alongside another human being and admit you are hurting. Yet, it is healing, and rewarding, and is the place where you discover your true voice, your liberation, and your strength.
Whether you are connecting with me to do this work as a family, as a couple, or as an individual, I am honored to join you. I work with families, couples, and individuals who are ready to embark on a the path to a life well lived. I have helped others manage serious mental health conditions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes. As a human being alongside you in the journey called life, none of those are unfamiliar to me. I’m an EFT, trauma, attachment, and TF-CBT trained therapist who helps those who desire to live their best lives.
To schedule please follow these instructions:
Have your insurance information on hand, schedule your appointments only exactly on the hour (for example 1:00, 2:00, or 3:00, etc) as I do not accept appointments scheduled as such 1:15, 2:30, or 3:45 etc. If these are scheduled I will have to cancel them in order to keep the schedule free for on the hour appointments.
