Te'Airah Wilbert, APC

Psychotherapist
GA
Hello, and welcome. I’m Teairah Wilbert, a Provisionally Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in Georgia, and I’m honored to support clients through their mental health journeys at Wellnite. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University, where I received extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ethical practice. My graduate experience included hands-on clinical work supporting adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional regulation. I also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, which laid a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, emotional development, and psychological theory. Throughout my academic and clinical training, I’ve gained experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health needs in a compassionate, culturally responsive way. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals at your own pace. Together, we will work to develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and build tools that support long-term emotional well-being. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you and being part of your journey toward healing and balance.
