Are you struggling with anxiety or having panic attacks? Do you notice tightness in your chest or have difficulty breathing in certain situations? Are you feeling overwhelmed when dealing with life’s challenges? You have the ability to heal and find inner peace and acceptance. You can surf the waves of life with more ease and be able to appreciate your innate gifts and strengths. I’m not just a talk therapist. I use techniques beyond traditional talk therapy to tap into the parts of you that aren't always accessible through words.
I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, and I incorporate aspects of mindfulness and parts work into my practice. EMDR is an effective therapy to treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, attachment issues, as well as other distressful life experiences.
Clients who’ve experienced EMDR therapy have reduced or eliminated their negative symptoms and have discovered new perspectives of insight about who they are and who they want to become. EMDR therapy can be life changing!
