I graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Educational Psychology. I received my master’s degree in counseling from Adler University with a specialization in sports and health psychology. I use evidence-based cognitive and behavioral models in my counseling. I work with youth, adults, and families. I am passionate about helping individuals explore their identity, adapting to life transitions, and unpacking traumatic experiences.
I focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship to ensure the space needed to grow individually and holistically. I believe that individuals already have the tools within but may need help uncovering their strengths to flourish in their environments. I encourage individuals’ self-awareness while they explore issues impacting their lives. My warmth and easygoing nature make therapy feel hopeful and healing—and not scary!
