Trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy, Sarah sees client systems from a strengths-based and holistic perspective. She utilizes interventions from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, the Gottman Method, and offers psychoeducation. As a former early childhood educator, Sarah understands the importance of being kind. She does not believe there to be a “villain” in relational conflicts. Before working at Lakeview Therapy Group, Sarah served community mental health populations in Chicago and South Florida. She has worked with youth and their families, individuals, and couples.
