I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, providing support and skills training to parents of teens struggling with mental illness, as well as all forms of trauma. I’ve only had one session with Paul Wozniak and there is no doubt I made the right choice in choosing a psychologist. Paul made every effort during my intake session to understand goals and areas I wanted to work on in therapy. I’m excited about this new chapter and the progress I know we’ll accomplish together.
