With a deep understanding of identity, relationships, and self-acceptance, Peter helps clients build confidence and develop coping strategies to navigate their unique journeys with resilience and authenticity.
In his practice, Peter incorporates evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and faith-based treatment. His work fosters self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connections. He works with adolescents, young adults, and adults-including LGBTQ+ community members, men, and women-and provides care in both English and Swedish.

Outside of practice, he enjoys time with his wife, his best friend and soulmate, and their two lively boys, who are the heart of his world. He also has a passion for music, playing bass and singing.
