I view treatment as a partnership. My goal is to listen with care, understand your unique challenges, and work with you to create a plan that reflects your needs and goals. You can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel supported and respected throughout your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first visit, I’ll take time to understand your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include medication, lifestyle strategies, and collaboration with therapy or other supports. In follow-up visits, we’ll review your progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure you’re moving toward improved wellness.
