As a licensed psychotherapist, I am a trained professional who specializes in helping individuals navigate their emotional, psychological, and interpersonal difficulties. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives.
I utilize only evidenced-based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) paired with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness to help you gain insight, build resilience, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Throughout our sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions.
