Her work is rooted in a deep belief that healing comes through connection and integration of all aspects of the self, fostering long-term growth and personal transformation. In addition to her core areas of expertise, Rachel has a special focus on supporting populations such as individuals navigating adoption or foster care, those on the autism spectrum, and people with developmental disabilities or head injuries. She is also experienced in working with first responders, military veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, offering specialized care tailored to their unique challenges. Outside of her practice, Rachel enjoys hiking in Forest Park, painting, cooking, and gardening, which provide her with a creative and restorative outlet.
