Hello! I'm Rachel. Are you struggling to navigate everything life is throwing at you in this increasingly hectic world? I love exploring deep down the funnel of emotions with my clients using DBT, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral strategies. Together, we can tackle your anxiety, depression, and the relational issues that keep you from being your ideal self—whether that’s in your relationships, family, career, or another important area of your life. If you are fighting feelings of depression and anxiety and struggling with self-compassion, I’d love to walk with you as you work to heal. In our sessions, we will explore who you are and what matters to you. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey.
