Psychotherapist

How do we find inner peace when our outer presentation feels wrong? Where is self-acceptance when the world around you is unaccepting? Your internal struggles are real, and you are not alone. Wholeness begins with healing. They say time heals all wounds, but some wounds are so deep it feels as though they may never heal. Asking for help takes strength. If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma from sexual assault or abuse, and/or sex and relationship issues, let's chat. Please reach out via email if possible. I hold a Master's in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. My approach to counseling is interdisciplinary, borrowing heavily from mindfulness practices, CBT skills training, narrative therapy, and strengths-based modalities. I approach therapy with an open mind and open heart and believe laughter often truly is the best medicine. Therapy is a collaborative experience in which I place importance on meeting people where they are, non-judgmentally. I offer trans and queer-affirming counseling, identity exploration, and am sex, sex work, kink, and poly/ENM positive and affirming.
