She understands the profound impact these conditions can have on daily life and relationships, tailoring treatment plans to each client’s unique needs. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, Rachel equips clients with tools to manage symptoms, improve focus, and enhance emotional resilience.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Rachel is deeply committed to serving diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with adoption and foster care experiences, and first responders. She is bilingual in Spanish and integrates cultural sensitivity and existential perspectives into therapy when appropriate, ensuring every client feels understood and valued.
Outside of her practice, Rachel enjoys astrology, writing, reading, and spending time in nature. She also finds joy in reiki, playing the drums, and cherishing moments with her close friends, four wonderful children, and six beloved cats.
