“I really like LifeStance, after an initial evaluation with Melissa Snow, who was absolutely amazing, I was referring to Taylor McVay, whose area of expertise was more in line with my specific needs. Taylor is great. She's very easy to talk to, comminicates clearly, and really looks at mental health from both specific conditions and symptoms, as well as offering a holistic perspective that incorporates the many things that can affect mental health to improve one's overall well-being. Sometimes I find myself just talking away for an entire session, and that's okay, it's all beneficial and part of the process. She's very knowledgeable, kind, and shows genuine empathy for her patients. I'm kept up-to-date and reminded of appointments and billing via email and text, and the patient porthole is easy to access and navigate, and checking in, making payments, and viewing all pertinent information can be done online. The whole experience has been very positive and beneficial. I would certainly recommend LifeStance, with great therapists like Taylor and Melissa to anyone looking to add more tranquility to their life.”
