Her post-doctorate education includes prenatal and postpartum care, pelvic health, shoulder rehabilitation, hip rehabilitation and return to sport for runners, CrossFitters and weight lifters. Every session will include discussion on things that patients can do to MODIFY or ALTER their training program, but not cease completely.
