I believe we all have challenges and hardships to manage and overcome. And sometimes we need extra support to help us get unstuck and move forward. My approach is to meet you where you are in a safe place, without judgement, and with hope so you can become the best version of yourself.
I graduated from Fairfield University and have my license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, and couples and extensive experience working with the severely mentally ill in an inpatient psychiatric hospital as well as working in an outpatient clinic and a group home. My style is solution-focused, identifying goals and healthy coping skills, and challenging you to find new ways of interacting with your relationships and with your own behavior.
