Do you feel like your past experiences are interfering with the present? You may be struggling with low self-esteem, social anxiety, or mood instability. I believe that by talking about our thoughts and feelings, we gain insight and learn how to cope with depression and anxiety in healthy ways.
As a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere wherein we will explore your interpersonal and professional challenges. I will help you learn how to manage the ups and downs of everyday life, and ultimately recognize and feel good about your strengths as an individual.
I have extensive experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. I utilize both mindfulness and cognitive therapy approaches.
