I completed the info reqstd by Zadoc & the carrier. I set the filters to fit my appt needs: in network, family, not individual therapy, etc and I choose her based on the wide range of availability her schedule reflected. She came to call totally unaware. Pacing her living room floor and quite frankly with overly casual hair and dress. She sd she was not in my ntwk & spent time trying 2 figure that out. I told her if needed I’d pay, I did put my card on file. She eventually sd she had my info & it's covered. It took a lot to get my son to agree initially and to make the time…Thinking we could move on & since he was waiting, I asked how to get him linked in to the call, she didn’t know how. The tension of her appearance& level of discombobulation I knew would play into his confidence. She asked if we cld reschedule til tomorrow. She sat the time, inconvenient for me, but he agreed, so I did too. She never showed & a week later hasn’t called to acknowledge, apologize… she has all my info
