She takes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach integrating healthy lifestyle, CBT, and somatic mindfulness strategies to help clients utilize a holistic approach to overcome challenges. She also uses Attachment Theory and Narrative Therapy to help clients relieve distress and make sense of experiences.
