I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) providing therapy to children, teens, and young adults across Michigan. As a Guyanese-American therapist, I am passionate about delivering culturally responsive, high-quality care that honors each client’s identity, background, and lived experience.
My work focuses on supporting clients through women’s issues, cultural identity exploration, and the unique challenges faced by children and adolescents. I believe that each person is an active participant in their own healing, and I strive to create a space where clients feel empowered, respected, and supported throughout their journey.
I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and a strong commitment to meeting clients where they are. Whether working with young clients, teens, or adults, my goal is to foster growth, resilience, and a deeper understanding of self in a way that feels meaningful and accessible. I also speak Guyanese Creole, allowing me to connect more deeply with clients who share that cultural background.
