I have been in the Mental Health and Criminal Justice field for 20 years, working with individuals from all walks of life. I have helped clients with a variety of issues, including substance abuse, trauma, process and cross addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, relationship and family challenges, stress, phase-of-life transitions, low self-esteem, and personality disorders. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Washington College. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you throughout this journey.

Most relevant
The provider never showed up to the appointment. Really had things I needed to get off my mind. Made me disappointed. I also emailed her multiple times to let her know I was in the meeting and no response extremely unprofessional.
