Robyn Cascio is a Physical Therapist, Dancer, and Fitness Coach. She received her Doctorate from Tufts University in December of 2023 and obtained Licensure in January 2024. Robyn has been an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach for five years, training members of the general and athletic populations and imparting the importance of movement for all. During her undergraduate studies, Robyn danced competitively on the national and regional levels. In 2016, she went on to the professional level with The New York Cosmos soccer team. Robyn danced for the Cosmos for two seasons, then went on to dance for The New York Lizards lacrosse team for one season. She finished her dance career with The New York Riptide as a Riptide Dancer in 2019. Eventually, Robyn went on to lead the team of dancers as The New York Riptide Dance Team Coordinator in 2022. Robyn has a special interest in the Dancing population from a rehabilitative standpoint, and also enjoys the area of Neurology. She is a passionate clinician, aiming to encourage the individual to maximize their human potential. Robyn strives to see and honor each unique patient using a culmination of creativity and best practice.
