I have experience helping clients, couples, and families with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and anger management. I predominantly utilize the following modalities Person-Centered therapy, Solution Focused/Positive Psychology, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a little Psychodynamic therapy. Underlying all the treatment models I seek to use a strengths-based approach focusing on your strengths (personal, social, and community networks).
