I draw from an eclectic style of therapeutic models. I predominantly utilize the following modalities Person-Centered therapy, Solution Focused/Positive Psychology, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a little Psychodynamic therapy. Underlying all the treatment models I seek to use a strengths-based approach focusing on your strengths (personal, social, and community networks).
