Her practice combines different evidence-based therapeutic tools and approaches, including but not limited to, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Emotion-focused, and Narrative Therapies. She blends the elements of these and other approaches to fit the needs of the individual client, considering their characteristics, preferences, needs, physical abilities, spiritual beliefs, and motivation level.
She works from a holistic approach, which fosters the interconnectedness between the client’s emotional, physical, and spiritual states.
