She blends the elements of these and other approaches to fit the needs of the individual client, considering their characteristics, preferences, needs, physical abilities, spiritual beliefs, and motivation level.
She works from a holistic approach, which fosters the interconnectedness between the client’s emotional, physical, and spiritual states.
