I am Dr. Rupal R. Yadav, a Licensed Physical Therapist in New York and Delaware. Physical therapy is my way of sharing my profound knowledge and passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation while serving patients in our community who need better access to comprehensive care and services.
Although I am a foreign-trained physical therapist and completed my undergraduate education in India, a culturally rich country, I pursued further studies in the United States. I earned my Master's in Kinesiology with a major in Exercise Science from California Baptist University, Riverside, California. Later, I moved to New York and achieved my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the School of Health Sciences at Touro University ? Central Islip.
I have been practicing physical therapy for over eight years, gaining extensive experience working with diverse patients, including those with orthopedic and neurologic disorders, women's health issues, geriatric care, and post-surgical cases. I have worked in various settings, such as acute rehab and outpatient clinics. My advanced training and experience have also led me to become a CCIP Level 1 Certified Instructor through the APTA.
When I'm not helping my patients, I enjoy spending time with my family, teaching, reading books, meditating, and watching movies. I'm thrilled you're here and look forward to hearing from you!
